Enter our training for Self Defense Class: HapKiDo.It’s safe, practical and effective. Lose weight and stay in shape, for both women and men. Learn at your own speed. This includes extensive variety of joint locks, kicks, strikes, take downs and disarming techniques. Each student is encouraged to have an Annual Membership ($50 first-time; $50 renewal) with the International HapKiDo Federation. The Annual Membership fee is payable through instructor. Membership is recommended for those pursuing certifications and progression of belts
