ADA Grievance Procedure

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, the City of Lake Worth Beach has developed the following internal Grievance Procedure for members of the public. The procedure is designed to ensure the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, programs, activities or benefits by the City. This grievance procedure is adopted pursuant to the regulations implementing Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended, 28 C.F.R. § 35.107. Filing a Complaint Employees of the City are required to use the City's procedures included within the Personnel Policies Employee Handbook for claims of disability discrimination.
