Home Departments Planning & Zoning Project Status Art in Public Places Art in Public Places Public Art Through the inclusion of public art in the community, the Village of Royal Palm Beach strives to continue its mission in providing services and facilities that create an aesthetically pleasing, active, and connected community. In the year 2018, the Village Council approved an art in public places ordinance with an overall vision to enhance the quality of the visual environment in the village. In keeping with this ordinance, the village will curate and facilitate new public art projects as well create initiatives for opportunities for the arts in our community.
