City of Lake Worth Beach Explains New Residential Permit Exemption Process Under Florida Law

The City of Lake Worth Beach's Building Division will review exemption requests to determine eligibility, while the Planning & Preservation Division will ensure projects comply with zoning, landscaping, tree protection, and historic preservation requirements when applicable.
