Civics 101 Program Wellington's Tom Atkins Civics 101 is a civic engagement program for the Village of Wellington's middle and high schools that provides an opportunity for students to meet their elected officials, learn more about the policy-making processes, and operations of municipal government. Students attend educational sessions pertaining to the functionality of local government.
