The Community Code Compliance Division ensures properties within the City of Lake Worth Beach adhere to the City's regulations. Officers work collaboratively with property owners, business owners, and residents to promote public health, safety, and neighborhood integrity. Notice As of July 1, 2021, due to the passage of Senate Bill 60, a code inspector may not initiate enforcement of a potential violation of a code or ordinance by way of an anonymous complaint.
