Request to Speak instructions You must be present at the meeting to submit a comment card (located in the table in the back of the room) for the record. Otherwise, you may submit the comment card to be read by the Vice Mayor at the appropriate time. Users who need accessibility assistance can also contact us by phone through the Federal Information Relay Service at 1-800-877-8339 for TTY/Voice communication.
