Yes, all properties within Wellington should have landscaping (trees/palms, shrubs, groundcover, sod/grass, etc.) to meet the requirements. Shrubs should be planted in the front plane/street view of homes and around buildings along the foundation areas (recommend keeping the planting about 1-2 ft. from walls and/or centered within the planting area).
