Guide to Permitting Please review our Permit & Plat Checklist to assure you have all required documentation and prerequisite approvals prior to initiating the permitting process. Engineering permit and plat submittals are reviewed electronically through e-Plans: Submit your Online Permit Application Please use our Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal to submit your application. Please register and create an account log-in to apply for your permit. If you are unsure of the permit type required or need assistance with logging in, please contact the Engineering Department at 561-791-4002.
