Hybrid Meetings and Public Comments VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE The City of Westlake utilizes the video conferencing, online meeting software Cisco Webex Meetings to broadcast City Meetings and allow for public participation. Participants may use the Webex platform from personal devices, to include cell phone, tablet, laptop, PC or MacBook. The option to call in and listen may also be utilized.
