Free weekend shuttle from City Hall to the Beach will be implemented during the project when parking lot is expected to be full. Electric Utilities Summer 2026 Electric Utilities Capital Project Stronger, more reliable electric service. Using specialized directional drilling, the City is installing a new electric conduit beneath the Intracoastal Waterway between Bryant Park and the Casino and Beach Complex.
