Live Local Act Information What is the Live Local Act? The Live Local Act, or “Live Local” (Senate Bill 102), signed into law in 2023 (effective July 1, 2023), was amended by Senate Bill 328 in 2024. Live Local is a statewide initiative aimed at increasing affordable housing options for Florida’s workforce.
