Micromobility Devices in Wellington E-bikes, e-scooters, and similar devices have become a fast-growing part of how residents get around Wellington. Two new ordinances, one for the Village's rights-of-way and one for its parks, set clear, consistent rules for how these devices may be used in Wellington.
