Micromobility Devices in Wellington E-bikes, e-scooters, and similar devices have become a fast-growing part of how residents get around Wellington. Two new ordinances, one for the Village's rights-of-way and one for its parks, set clear, consistent rules for how these devices may be used in Wellington. This means the age, photo ID, speed limit, and location restrictions described on this page do not apply to wheelchairs. These regulations do not apply within gated communities or on private or semi-private property.
