Park Pavilion Rentals Rental pavilions are located at Village Park and the Tiger Shark Cove Playground . Rental is only required for Saturday or Sunday use. In-Person – Complete our Pavilion Reservation Permit Application, available in-person at the Village Park gym front desk (11700 Pierson Road) Bring full payment in the form of check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) during normal operating hours. Booking Timelines Rolling 60-days – online or in person reservations can be made as far as 60 days in advance of the booking date Within 7 Days – if the date you wish to reserve is within 7 days, you will need to book in-person at Village Park Rental Rates Pavilion Rental Rates Pavilions are available for a half day (8 AM to noon or 1 to 5 PM) or a full day (8 AM to 5 PM).
