The City of Lake Worth Beach holds Parking Magistrate Hearings for residents and visitors who wish to contest parking citations. Hearings are conducted by a Special Magistrate who reviews the facts of each case and issues a ruling. How to Request a Hearing To request an appeal hearing for a parking citation, you must submit your request within 15 calendar days of receiving the citation.
