Public Works The goal of the Public Works department is to enhance and maintain the appearance and infrastructure of Wellington. This is done through increased maintenance, planning of capital projects and programs that are designed to strengthen the underlying systems for roadways, surface water, landscaping, parks, facilities, equestrian trails, fleet, and equipment.
