Participants skate at their own risk and should ride within their own ability. Per Florida Statute 316.0085, the Village of Royal Palm Beach is not liable for any accident or injury resulting from the use of the Royal Palm Beach Skate Arena as a participant or spectator. This Skate Arena is unsupervised; therefore, the Village will not be held responsible for accidents. Skateboards and inline skates are permitted. Helmets and safety equipment are highly recommended.
