Vacation Rentals All vacation rental (or short-term) property owners must obtain a Vacation Rental Permit (referred to as a “Special Use Permit”) for each vacation rental unit, in addition to an annual Business Tax Receipt (BTR), to operate a vacation rental in Wellington.
