Wireless Communication Towers In 2023 and 2024, the Wellington Council approved regulations to expand the wireless infrastructure, including streamlining the process for preliminary approved tower sites on Wellington/Acme-owned properties, in an effort to improve cell/wireless service coverage within the Wellington area with the development of additional towers. Wellington has entered into lease agreement(s) with Arcadia Towers to develop new cell towers on Wellington/Acme-owned properties, specifically seven (7) of the preliminarily approved sites as shown on the Wireless Communication Tower Map . As a result of the ongoing efforts to provide the additional towers, Arcadia is currently working on the permitting and fabrication of five (5) cell towers.
