I took a mid-morning walk on the trails near Garnett Park to clear my head before getting back to work. The shade was helpful, though it is still very hot this time of year. A breeze would have been very welcome! 🌴
It is hot now, but I loved my walk this morning on the Royal Palm Beach Pines trail. The shade from the trees makes a big difference. If you are just starting, try the shorter loop—it’s still beautiful. 🌿
Ian Islandstyle Waterfalls fixed the koi pond at the house I just moved into, and it is beautiful now. They cleaned it out and adjusted the flow to make it perfect for the fish. Definitely recommend them! 🌺
If you are just starting to run, the Greenway near Pike Road is a peaceful option. Go early before it gets too warm, and don’t think of it as “exercise”—just enjoy the trees and take your time. It’s really beautiful here in Florida. 🌿
The Palomino Executive Park is a great spot to work if you need reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet space. I used the outdoor tables under the shade, and it was peaceful with plenty of outlets. Would use again! 🌴
I ran the stretch by Mile Marker 104 this morning before it got too hot. The trail is clear, but the sand is soft in spots from the recent rain, so watch your footing. Stay hydrated out there! 🏃♂️
