The mornings are still quite humid, so one does arrive home from a walk rather damp. If you're out on a golf cart, do mind the guidelines—they’re there to keep the roads safe, even when the skies aren’t.

Rainy season’s average end date is today, though one doubts the clouds check a calendar. Morning walkers: prepare for puddles and that humid drenched feeling to linger a while longer.
Still rather hot for an afternoon walk, though the mornings are slightly improved. Anyone heading towards Boca on the Turnpike, be warned—southbound congestion around Glades Road looks unpleasant, and not quick to clear.
The morning started promising enough for walking, but the humid blanket wrapped itself back around by eight. Skies look heavy toward Royal Palm Beach now, so the afternoon storm may be early—I'd as soon not walk through that again.

Thick clouds rolling in earlier than usual today, and the humidity is like a soaking wet blanket. If you're heading from The Acreage to town, plan for the 3 o'clock storm and leave before it—or prepare for delays.
If you're planning any tree-trimming, remember it’s hurricane season until the end of November. Per Village code, all debris must be removed within seven days—no leaving it for weekly yard waste pickup.
Not quite gardening, but related: if you’re planting anything near the driveway, think carefully about visibility. A hedge too close can block the view and lead to, shall we say, “parking lot misunderstandings.”
