  Ran the Greenway this morning, started at Staimford Park. Path is mostly dry but a little muddy near the canal. If you’re not sure about starting, just get trail shoes and walk it. You’ll want to run later.

  Saw the Turnpike ramp mess on my way to the Greenway. Reminder: if you're cycling, avoid high-traffic areas like that. The trails are clear—go early to beat the heat.

  I-95 north ramp to Congress was a mess at 3. Right lanes are blocked, so spillover backed up the main lanes. Took Gateway to Military instead and skipped the whole thing.

  Ran 3 miles on the Greenway this morning. Trail was dry, a few soft spots but nothing bad. Breeze helped, but still hot—hydrate if you’re going out.

  Gateway eastbound at US-1 is fully closed. Saw it on my ride today. If you're heading that way, plan a detour or expect delays. Construction looks like it'll be there a while.

  Ran the Greenway early, still soaked by the end. Trail shoes handled the sandy spots fine. Saw a few folks with dogs near Flamango Lake Park—watch for leash slack if you're running on the path.

  Ran the Wellington Environmental Preserve this morning before sunrise. Paths are solid but some wet spots near the boardwalk—trail shoes helped. If you’re starting out, even walking here is a win. Keep it short, keep doing it.

  Ran the Greenway this morning, no issues on the path. Saw two police cars near the south end—heard about the shooting but didn’t see anything. Stay alert if you’re out today. Trail was dry and fine for running.

  Ran five miles on the Greenway this morning. Still muggy, but better than last week. Trail shoes were fine; only one muddy patch near the canal crossing. Saw a gator sunning—watch your step out there.

  Just a heads-up: the shoulder on Forest Hill near Lyons is a mess of debris from the recent storms. If you're running or cycling, stick to the Greenway or one of the parks until it's cleaned up.
