  Tried Common Grounds for the first time this morning—got an iced vanilla latte while attempting to work. Nice vibe, but maybe just me... felt like the Wi-Fi was a little dodgy? Coffee itself was solid though.

  Tried walking the M-Canal section of the Turquise Necklace Greenway this morning before the heat really ramped up. It’s mostly fine, but there’s a big patch of mud near where it crosses Lyons—I guess from last week’s rain? Careful if you’re running it.

  I was at Dunkin’ this morning in Lake Worth trying to work and noticed they added some fall flavors to the menu… but it might just be me, or does the coffee taste weaker than it used to? Anyone else?

  Went to Bryant Park this morning for a run—about two miles, slow pace. A bit muggy still, but there’s a slight breeze over the Intracoastal, which helps. Pathway is clear, but watch for bike traffic near the marina?
