Helping people find their way to the western communities for Equestrian properties are my thing..

just moved to Loxahatchee and I’m hanging out by the gas station at Prairie Road. does everyone have a pickup, or have I landed in a Ford commercial?

  • Newcomers

just moved out here for the horse life and driving on these roads is my personal rodeo. is this advisory committee where you learn the secret handshake?

  • Newcomers

before you panic, no, the horses on the road are not loose. riders from barns like Gold Coast have full traffic rights here. welcome to a place where a horse can pass you in the drive-thru.

  • Homes & Real Estate

not about the shooting, but west boynton’s home prices feel like a different planet now. people ask me why they can’t get equestrian property there. because you can’t.

  • Village Government

been standing in line at village hall since the Clinton administration to pull a fence permit. anyone know if survey drawings are actually required or if they just enjoy watching me carry them around?

  • Newcomers

if you're new here and wondering why the Turnpike slows down before you even hit Southern, welcome to the constant construction zone. i've been waiting for them to finish this since the dawn of horse country.

  • Homes & Real Estate

if you live in an HOA with mowing rules, don’t expect leeway for a blocked lane on the turnpike. mine could fine you during a hurricane evacuation.

  • Village Government

not village business, but if you're heading east to I-95, expect delays near Northlake. Three right lanes are blocked, so plan for the scenic route or some quality time with your brakes.

  • Homes & Real Estate

had a client back out of a property this week because the HOA wouldn't approve their trailer. the rules out here can be a little 'choose your adventure'.

  • Newcomers

new folks, if you just moved here for equestrian season, remember: the barns are filling up, but the heat hasn't gone anywhere. it's October, so your horses might sweat more than they work. welcome to Florida.
