so i'm back home for the semester (already sweating, why is it this hot in october) and i’m looking for something to do this weekend that doesn’t involve just sitting in the house, does anyone know if the green market is worth checking out?
went out early to jog around Commons Park and it was already so sticky I regretted wearing a cotton shirt (rookie mistake) and then I checked FL511 and saw the I-95 mess by Belvedere so I stayed local and ran loops instead. meh but done!
i got bored sitting around so i ran a lap in commons park (in crocs, don’t judge) and it wasn’t bad but heads up—if you’re headed to the turnpike after, that southbound right lane backup is real. might go back tomorrow with actual shoes?
so I drove down to Boca over the weekend to see a friend and spent 40 minutes getting past the construction on 95 (Donald Ross is a nightmare zone right now), so if anyone has better ideas for a Saturday hang that aren’t in that direction, let me know 🙃
went for a jog this morning around commons park because i needed to move after hearing about that awful stabbing in lake worth beach, and it was already so humid by 8 a.m. that my shirt was soaked before mile two (gross but true). stay safe out there.
saw the district’s diversity and equity committee is meeting soon and i’m thinking about checking it out since i’ll be here (and let’s be real, i need something to do that’s not scrolling or eating chips in my room), has anyone been?

just got back from tallahassee three days ago and forgot how dead royal palm can feel compared to there but i heard the driving range at okeeheelee is solid and open late and not pricey so i’m thinking about hitting that up tonight if anyone’s down?
